Immigration Consultation Terms

What to expect from an initial immigration consultation.

Service and scope

The initial consultation is a 30-minute discussion about your immigration goals, circumstances and questions with Tunde Omotoye, RCIC, for Canadian immigration matters. Support for other countries depends on the destination and available service.

Fee and appointment

The consultation fee is CAD $80 for 30 minutes. Choose an available appointment through Calendly and review the payment details there before confirming. Web conferencing details are provided upon confirmation.

Written agreement

This overview does not replace the written consultation agreement identifying the parties and agreed service. Any ongoing representation, application preparation or additional work requires the applicable separate written agreement.

Preparation and documents

Prepare a brief summary of your circumstances and the questions you want to cover. Provide accurate information. Please do not upload sensitive documents to the travel planner or website chat. Any document arrangements will be discussed separately.

Outcomes and further work

A consultation does not guarantee approval, admission, employment, processing time or another government or third-party outcome. Follow-up work, disbursements and representation are agreed separately.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Review the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show and refund information during booking and in your agreement and confirmation. Contact Travooly before paying if these terms are unclear. This page does not create a blanket non-refundable rule.

Your booking confirmation

Use the meeting and appointment details in your Calendly confirmation. No Travooly account is required. Client document uploads and a private AI assistant are not offered on this website.
